With opinions on the College from adults low, the 2018 advertising campaign aimed at 19+ adults had to show an obvious switch to the status quo and force people to re-think their attitude towards the College. In order to identify with the job market, The Skills Agency was created to reposition Milton Keynes College as a professional environment for adults to get expert advice on what to study in order to reach their goals. The key target audiences were adults in the local area that wanted to change their careers, return to work, chase a promotion or up-skill to make them better at their job. The campaign was to focus on the Care industry and professional courses but had to have a generic style that covered the length and breadth of courses offered by the College.
