In 2018, with perceptions of the College among adults notably low, the advertising campaign targeting 19+ adults aimed to challenge the status quo and shift attitudes. To align with the job market, The Skills Agency was launched, repositioning Milton Keynes College as a hub for professional development, offering expert guidance on achieving career goals.
The campaign targeted local adults seeking to change careers, return to work, earn promotions, or enhance their skills. While the focus was on the care industry and professional courses, the campaign maintained a versatile style to represent the full range of programs offered by the College.
